My name is Samuel Fatoki , and I am a Realtor and Quantity Surveyor with professional experience across the real estate, construction, and property management sectors. I am a graduate of Quantity Surveying and have gained practical experience working with a construction consulting firm, as well as hands-on experience within the real estate industry. Over the course of my career, I have developed experience in real estate sales and marketing, property management, facility management, project coordination, site coordination, cost consultancy, construction projects, client relations, and property transactions. My Quantity Surveying background has also given me a strong understanding of construction costs, project budgeting, measurement, cost control, and the commercial aspects of property development and construction. My experience in real estate has allowed me to work closely with clients, understand their property needs, market suitable opportunities, facilitate transactions, and work toward successfully closing deals. I am also comfortable working with property owners, investors, contractors, consultants, and other professionals within the built environment.
