I am a business enthusiast, having worked with firms, and climbing up the leadership space, I would love to join this convention, as I am actively getting involved with summits and conferences in that line, so as to uphold my leadership role, and lead as I ought to. My experience so far as helped me understand that being a leader is way different from being led; you have people looking up to you, those who's first line of action is to speak with you, to get insights on how to carry out assigned tasks... As a leader, I am responsible for the people assigned/ attached to my role, because if the head fails, then the whole body fails. Thank you.
